摘要
利用原中间轴进行万向联轴器设计,用过盈联接传递较大扭矩方法,结构简单,不需要任何紧固件,联结定心自位好,承载能力高,承受交变和冲击载荷性能好,安全可靠,满足连续生产所需要的最低寿命。中间轴与叉头热装设计,装配间隙的确定至关重要。
Proceeding the design of universal coupling by making use of the original intermediate shaft,the way of transmitting larger torque by interference joint has the features of simple in structure,no needing any faston piece, centering automatically, large loading capability,good performance of carrying alternating and impacting load,safety and reliable,it can meet the lowest lifetime required for continuous production. It's critical to design hot assembly of intermediate shaft with fork and to determine assembly clearance.
