摘要
目的 评价心脏介入治疗前后微循环的血流变化及其意义。 方法 用指尖脉搏图波幅高度的变化反映微循环血流和心脏介入治疗的关系。 结果 1.PTCA、PMR和显性预激组介入治疗后指尖脉搏图波幅明显高于治疗前 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,隐匿性 WPW组治疗前后无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;2 .PTCA组治疗前、治疗后指尖脉搏图波幅均高于 PMR组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;3.隐匿性 WPW组治疗前指尖脉搏图波幅高于显性 WPW组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,但治疗后两者无显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;4.显性WPW组治疗前指尖脉搏图波幅高于 PTCA组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,但治疗后无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 冠状动脉血管狭窄和心脏除极顺序的改变均可使微循环灌注减少 ,血管狭窄对其影响更为显著 ;心脏介入治疗后微循环灌注均有改善 ,但以
Objective Eraluate the microcirculation change after cardiovascular interventional procedures. Methers Finger tip pulse monograph (FPM) was used to detect the microvascular circulation change after cardiovascular interventional procedures. Results (1)The amplitude of finger tip pulse monograph after PTCA, PMR and manifest preexlitation ablation was significantly higher than the amplitude before the procedures( P <0.001).There was not significant change before and after concealed WPW ablation procedures( P >0.05). (2)The amplitude of finger tip pulse monograph in group of PTCA was higher than of PMR before and after procedures(P<0.001). (3)The amplitude of FPM in concealed WPW was significantly higher than that of manifest WPW before ( P <0.001), but no significant change after procedures( P >0.05). (4)The amplitude of FPM in manifest WPW was higher than that of PTCA before procedures( P <0.001), but without singinificant difference after procedures( P >0.05). Conclutions Cardiac depolarization variance,especially coranary stenosis,reduce microvascular irrigation. Cardiac interventions can improve microvascular circulation,especially in PTCA and manifect WPW groups.
