摘要
目的 评价飞行人员正常睡眠结构和确定睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的诊断。 方法 应用多导睡眠图对 2 0例飞行人员进行多导睡眠监测 ,分析多项睡眠参数。 结果 飞行人员正常睡眠分期分别是 :NREM睡眠占总睡眠时间的 95 % ,其中 相占 2 6 %、 相占 44 %、 + 相占 2 5 % ;REM睡眠占总睡眠时间的 5 %。 和 相睡眠时间延长 ,REM睡眠时间缩短。检出 5例患睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的飞行人员 ,其中阻塞型 3例 ,中枢型 2例。 结论 多导睡眠图可以确定飞行人员正常睡眠结构 。
Objective To analysize normal sleep architecture and diagnoses sleep apnea syndrome(SAS). Methods 20 pilots were monitored during nocturnal sleep using polysomnogram(PSG) and analysized sleep parameters. Results The results showed that, NREM ratio total sleep time 95%, it includs phaseⅠ?Ⅱ?Ⅲ+Ⅳ ratio total sleep time 26%?44% and 25% respectively. REM ratio total sleep time 5%. prolonged phase ⅠandⅡsleep time, and shortened REM sleep time. Diagnosed 5 patients with SAS, and 3 patients with obstructive SAS and 2 patients with central SAS. Conclusion It is suggested that PSG may set up normal sleep architecture of pilots and objective evaluated and diagnosized SAS.
