Orthotopic liver transplantation with extracorporeal venovenous bypass

目的 采用肝脏移植治疗原发性肝癌。 方法 在动物实验的基础上 ,供肝采用快速切取 ,4℃ U W液灌注和保存 ,手术采用体外静脉转流肝脏移植技术。 结果 手术历时 8h,无肝期 115 m in,术中血流动力学平稳。

Objective Orthotopic liver transplantation was successfully performed on a patient with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods On the basis of the animal experiment, the liver was perfused and preserved with 4℃ UW solution after harvesting quickly.The operation was performed under the extracorporeal venovenous bybass. Results The operation lasted 8 h and the duration of anhepatic phase was 110 min. During the operation there was no significant haemodynamic changes. Conclusion It is essential to perform venovenous bypass during liver transplantation in HCC patients.
