胸部电子计算机断层扫描诊断肺癌纵隔淋巴结转移与手术病理对照研究

The contrast study of chest computer tomography for diagnosis of medistinal lymph nodes metastasis of lung cancer with operational pathology

目的 探讨胸部电子计算机扫描 (CT)检查对诊断肺癌纵隔淋巴结转移的准确性。 方法 选择 390例经手术治疗的肺癌患者 ,除术前采用胸部 X线片检查外增加胸部 CT检查 ,所得结果与手术及病理结果作对照分析。 结果 胸部 CT对纵隔淋巴结转移的诊断准确性为 83.8% ,特异性为 5 9.1% ,敏感性为 96 .5 % ,阳性预测率 82 .2 % ,阴性预测率为 89.7%。 结论 胸部 CT检查对肺癌纵隔淋巴结转移的诊断准确性优于胸部

Objective The diagnostic accuray of chest CT for medistinal lymph nodes metastasis of lung caner was studied. Methods 390 operated lung cancer patients were performed chest CT besides normal chest film, it was analyzed that chest film,CT surgical and pathological results. Results The diagnostic accuray of chest CT for mediastinal lymph nodes metastasis was 83.8%,the specificity was 59.1%,the sensitivity was 96.5%,the positive predictable rate was 82.2%,the negative predictable rate was 89.7%. Conclusions Chest CT scan was superior than chest film in diagnosis of mediastinal lymph nodes metastasis.
