大剂量甲泼尼龙联合造血细胞生长因子治疗复发或难治的慢性再生障碍性贫血

摘要 目的 探讨进一步提高无效或复发的慢性再生障碍性贫血 (CAA)疗效的方法。 方法 采用大剂量甲泼尼龙(High- dose Methylprednislone,HD- MP)联合造血细胞生长因子 (GM- CSF和 /或 G— CSF)治疗 12例复发或难治 CAA。 结果 治疗的有效率为 6 6 .7% (8/ 12 )。 结论  HD- MP联合造血细胞生长因子是一种相对安全、简便治疗 Objective To explore more effective regimen for chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) that belong to relapse or refractory to androgen therapy. Methods Twelve patients received High dose Methylprednisolone (HD MP) and human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (rh G CSF). Results The treatment outcome was better in a relatively short time, the response rate was 66.7%, with a lower of side effects and relatively easy. Conclusion Methylprednisolone combination of Hematopoitic growth factors is relatively safe and easy treatment for CAA.
