摘要
结合我国现状 ,指出跨国公司在中国并购存在着有利因素和障碍 ,提出了相应的对策来确保跨国并购的正面效应 ,遏制负面效应 ,以便将跨国并购纳入我国经济发展的正常轨道 。
This paper,bases on the present situation of China,points out the profitable fac tors and the existing obstacles faced by multinational corporations during their incorporation in China.At the same time,it puts forward some relevant counterme asures to ensure the positive effects and restrain the negative effects for mult inational corporations'incorporating.By this,bring transnational incorporation o n to the right course of china's economy,and reach the dual aims of absorbing fo reign capital and protecting domestic enterprises'effective competition.
