摘要
教师职业道德的基本特征 ,决定了师德建设在公民道德建设中的地位。要抓好师德建设就要组织广大教师 ,尤其是青年教师学好邓小平理论 ,以身作则 ,做公民的楷模。
The basic characters of teachers'professional moral determines the position that teacher's virtue construction virtue occupied in Chinese citizen's moral construction.If we want to stress the teacher's virtue construction virtue oceupied in Chinese citizen's moral conatruction.If we want to stress the teacher's virture construction,we must organize the mass of the teachers,especially the youth,to have further study on the theories of Dengxiaoping's,by the influences of which they could set good examples and could be the models of Chinese citizens.
