Upon analyzing the causes of personnel draining,the paper puts forward some solutions such as improving thinking ideas, setting up sound training system, assessing training results, and taking back training investment, to solve the problems of personnel draining and strengthen enterprise training interest, and provide strong human resources capital for corporate core competency.
