摘要论述了女子健身训练的意义,认为这是融身体素质训练、形体训练为一体,是一项非常适合女生身心特点,深受女生喜欢的运动项目,强调掌握正确的锻炼方法是关键。 This paper discusses the significance of female fitness training which combines stamina training and morphological training,and which is a popular female sport that fits the physical and mental characters of female students.The paper also emphasize that the key is to grasp the correct exereise method.
