摘要
论述了用模糊综合评判方法快速估算建筑工程造价的优点 ,认为该法可改进以往建筑工程造价估算方法产生的不客观性。可综合考虑多种因素对造价的影响 ,可解决存在于建筑工程造价估算中用通常的数学思想所不能客观解决的具有模糊性不确定性的问题。
This paper discusses the advantages of adopting fuzzy general evaluation in the fast estimation on cost of architectural engineering. This method can correct the subjectivity of the results produced by usual cost estimation method,synthetically consider the factors that influence the cost,and account for the fuzzy uncertainty problems that can not be solved by usual mathematical theory in the cost estimation of architectural engineering.
