摘要
分析了我国加入WTO后,高校工会工作面临新的形势和考验。论述了在新形势下,高校工会应当坚持的原则,即在党的领导下围绕学校中心工作开展工会工作;维护职工合法权益和维护学校改革发展相统一;继承与创新、理论与实践相结合以及坚持群众路线和以人为本等。
Labour unions of colleges are facing the new situation and test after China's entrance of WTO.In new situation,it should persist in the following principles:find the right location under the leadership of the Communist Party;keep the unity between the benefits of staff and the development of reform;connect inheritance with creation;connect theory with practice;persist in the route based on the human being.
