Some outstanding features of Conditions of Contract for Works of Civil Engineering Construction in part of FIDIC contract are analyzed, such as its feature of case law, risk sharing, admeasurement and forms of payment as well as the special status of Engineer. A few part of FIDIC clauses are quoted.
