介绍了油田注汽锅炉自动控制系统的基本结构,并且利用组态王作为开发平台,完成了锅炉监控系统的软件设计·该系统能够实现趋势曲线显示、报表打印、故障报警,以及现场设备实时控制等功能,提高了锅炉监控的自动化水平·
The basic structure of the automatic control system for the vapor-injected boiler used in the oil field is introduced. The software for the monitoring and controlling system is developed using KingView as developing platform. This system has the functions of displaying the trend curves, printing reports, alarming for the abnormal condition, and real-time controlling for the equipments in the field, etc. The automation level of the monitoring and controlling of the boiler is improved by using this system.
