根据结构力学的计算方法,以弹性理论为依据,提出了施加预应力时水平构件与竖向构件间相互影响的实用计算方法,并给出了减小相互影响的具体措施·
According to the elastic theory and method of structural mechanics, presents the calculative methods of effect between vertical and horizontal element in prestress establishment stage. The specific measure to decrease the effect is given. It can be applied for project reality.
