胸导管壶腹的形态学研究

A Morphologic study on the Ampullar Enlargement of Thoracic Duct

在 5 2具成人尸体上 ,对胸导管颈部进行解剖与观察 ,并测量了胸导管末端的有关数据。且剖开管壁观察了胸导管末端的瓣膜。结果 :5 2具尸体中有 37具 (71.2 % )的胸导管末端存在壶腹样膨大 ,壶腹处的管径平均为 4 .8± 1.4 mm,壶腹的长度平均为 9.5± 2 .5 mm。在 5 2例胸导管中有瓣膜者 33例 (6 3.5 % ) ,无瓣膜者 19例 (36 .5 % )。

The cervical part of thoracic duct was studied on 52 adult cadaveric specimens.Related date of end of thoracic duct were measured.What′s more,the valves of the end of thoracic duct were observed.The results showed:In 52 specimens,37 cases(71.2%)of ampullar enlargement in the end of thoracic duct were observed.The ampullar enlargement is 4.8±1.4mm in diameter and 9.5±2.5mm Long.In 52 specimens,33 cases(63.5%)of valves in the end of thoracic duct were observed.
