摘要 简要介绍了农药残留量测定中样品的提取、净化等前处理技术最新研究进展 ,包括固相萃取、固相微萃取、超临界流体萃取、微波辅助提取。 This paper introduces the advances in the methods of sample extraction and clean-up during the pesticides residue determination including solid-phase-extraction(SPE)?solid-phase-microextraction (SPME)?super fluid extraction(SFE)?microwave assistant extraction(MAE)?immunoaffinity chromatography(IAC)?gel penetration chromatography(GPC).
