理想的校园文化应该体现真正的大学精神 ,以理性与良知为支撑 ,体现现代教育和管理以人为本的思想 ,富于人文关怀。既固守传统文化的精髓 ,又具有接纳当代、放眼未来的胸怀。校园文化建设应努力克服缺憾 ,向理想靠近。

An ideal college culture, supported by ration and conscience, should present true college spirit,and embody the humanism of modern education and management. It should both absorb the essence of traditional culture and accept modern and future ideas. It is expected that campus culture will overcome flaws and approach the ideal gradually.
