摘要
儒家管理思想 ,以“仁”为本初步建立了以“爱人贵民”为中心的伦理管理模式 ,主要包括“为政以德”、“知人善任”、“见利思义”等管理思想 ,体现出人本主义管理的重要特征。现代管理者除了应该有选择性地吸收西方管理经验中适合中国文化的内容 ,并使之逐渐融合于传统的管理理念中 ,还应重视开发古代经营管理智能资源 。
Regarding “ren” as the core, Confucianism has established the ethical management mode centered on “benevolence to others and civilians”, which primarily includes such thoughts as “ruling by morality”, “knowing people and being good at appointing people” and “thinking the righteousness as seeing the benefit”. To construct mankind's scientific management system, modern administrators not only have to select and absorb western management experience suitable for Chinese culture, and thus gradually blend it with traditional management principled, but also have to pay attention to making use of the intelligence of ancient management experience.
