我国空管系统建设与世界先进国家相比仍有很大差距 ,空管体制改革中如空域环境优化、管制体制、综合保障能力、人员培训法规、技术标准、基础理论研究、产业基础等问题急待解决。采取国家统一管制 ,优化空管组织结构等相应对策 。

There is still a big gap in China's ATC systems and those of developed countries. In China's relevant systems, there exist some emergent focal problems such as the airspace management system optimization, the comprehensive supporting capability, the crew training,the regulation study, the technical criterion, basic theory research, and the ATC industry groundwork. It is urgent to reform the current ATC system and to resolve the above-mentioned focal problems.
