To Deepen the Reform of Cultural System and Accelerate the Development of Cultural Industry

文化领域可分为文化事业和文化产业两个方面 ,文化体制改革要按照社会主义精神文明建设的特点和规律 ,适应社会主义市场经济发展的要求。公益性文化事业单位要深化体制改革 ,加大国家投入 ,增强活力。经营性文化产业单位要创新体制 ,转换机制 ,整合高新技术与文化资源优势 ,组建集团 ,培植品牌 ,增强其整体实力和国际竞争力。

Cultural field is divided into cultural career and cultural industry. Cultural reform should be pushed foreword in light of the characteristics of the development of socialist spiritual civilization and the laws governing it and in response to the needs of the growing socialist market economy. Public cultural institutions are supposed to deepen cultural reform by enhancing national fund and enlivening its self-development.
