网络教育环境下的教学模式呈现出多样化特征 ,主要常见的有多媒体课堂教学模式、基于计算机网络的讲授型模式、基于计算机网络的个别化教学模式、计算机支持合作学习模式。要有效利用这些模式开展教学 ,教师必须具有较高的教育信息素质。应从转变教育观念、强化教育信息意识 ,创新教学制度、制定激励政策 ,采取在岗培训、自主培训等多层面着手提高教师信息素质。

The frequently-use patterns include multimedia-aided teaching, computer-aided teaching, net-based individual teaching, and computer-aided cooperative learning. To make full use of the styles, teachers should be equipped with solid information knowledge, which can be achieved by the transformation of education concepts, the enhancement of education information consciousness, the creation of new education systems, the establishment of encouraging policies, and the adoption of training programs in different forms.
