It is obvious that venture investment is regionally distributed. More over, the choice of zone is very important to the development of venture investm ent and high-tech industries. The paper focuses on the reasons for the successfu l accumulation and development of venture investment in Silicon Valley, and thus puts forward that venture investment should be established in China's developed regions, such as Bejing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, which have both advantages and disadvantages for the development of venture investment. The accumulation of v enture investment in these areas, through radiation, will then drive the develop ment of the others zone in china.
