明代公文的风格经历了四个阶段的嬗变 ,即多样期 (洪武至永乐 )、分化期 (洪熙至天顺 )、集中期 (成化至嘉靖 )和异化期 (隆庆至崇祯 )。公文的制义化、缺乏巧妙的进言策略以及屡禁不止的繁冗现象等 ,则代表了明代公文区别于其他时期公文的主要风格特征。

The styles of official documents in the Ming Dynasty experienced four changes: the diversifying period (from HongWu toYongLe), the grouping period (from HongXi to TianShun), the centralizing period (from ChengHua to JiaJing), and the dissimilating period (from LongQing to ChongZhen).
