摘要
当前地方工科院校与企业界的互动联系普遍不足 ,在为社会服务的过程中 ,自身存在许多思想认识和体制上的障碍。地方工科院校应注重社会服务的内涵及特点 ,分析自身拥有的社会服务的优劣 ,找准服务对象 ,实施市场化运作 ,发挥高校学科群优势 ,构建社会服务需求的信息平台和管理体系 ,逐步形成特色 ,为地方工科院校的生存和发展提供更广阔的空间。
Today the interaction between local universities of technology and enterprises is generally insufficient. Many barriers in the universities' consciousness and system hold back their social service. Local universities of technology should specify its serving object and operate in line with the market by paying attention to the connotations and characteristics of social service and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of their own social services. It is wise for them to construct the information platform and administrative system needed by social service by taking advantage of their disciplinary groups. In this way, they can form their own uniqueness gradually and create a broader room for survival and development.
