摘要
受中国传统文化的影响,海外华商在进行员工管理时,采用的是“以仁为本”的管理方式。这种管理方式以道德理性为其内在作用机制,在管理中注重领导者的素养和正身自律,讲究恩威并用、仁严结合、以情感人,同时在选才、用才等方面都表现出了其与西方管理方法不同的独特之处。
Influenced by Chinese traditional culture,the foreign enterprisers of Chinese origin manage the employee based on humanity.Regarding the morality as its internal function mechanism,such a management,distinguished from western model in choosing and managing,accentuates manager's capacity and self-discipline,applying the method of 'reward plus punishment' as well as 'affecting people by passion'.
