Learning-type organization is of a flat structure,which,compared with other organizations,has the advantage of apparently less organizational level,selected personnel,less distortion of information,quickening pace of spreading information,etc.That will play an active role in promoting the overall development of the organization.The inner logic of the academic organization in colleges is consistent with the structural pattern of the learning-type organization.Therefore,by drawing on the structural pattern,we can make the academic organization flat-typed,share the organizational power and reconstruct the cells of the academic organization.
