Brief Account of Judgement by Default in Criminal Procedure

在司法实践中 ,对于犯罪嫌疑人、被告人脱逃、患精神病、严重疾病的情形一律中止侦查、审查、审理 ,造成了诉讼迟延 ,诉讼不经济的局面 ,在一定程度上也影响了诉讼公正的实现。

In the judical practice,the judiciaries must discontinue to investigate,examine or try a case on the condition that the suspect and the accused escapes or suffers from psychosis and severe illness.It causes the litigation delayed and uneconomically and to some extent it also affects the realization of procedure justice.In our country we should establish the system of judgement by default to improve the above disadvantadges.
