摘要
标记现象是语言本身固有的特征 ,它存在于语音、词汇、语法、语义等各个语言层面。标记现象还与社会因素相关。正确认识和合理运用标记现象是交际能力的一种体现。本文拟对英语词汇层面的标记现象加以探讨 ,从而唤起语言教师对标记现象的重视。
The paper focuses on some English words which can be postulated to be in a marked/unmarked relationship.It also aims to show that markedness is related to social factors.The ability to use marked/unmarked words properly is the reflection of one's communicative competence.
