关于强化学生管理与培养自我管理能力的思考

On Strict Administration and Cultivation of Students' Self-discipline

论述了强化学生管理的现实意义 ,以及培养学生自我管理能力的必要性 ,并针对我院实际情况 ,提出了加强学生管理队伍建设、以育人为中心各部门齐抓共管、在管理与教育相统一中、在日常管理中等方面 ,强化学生管理。

This thesis first discusses the significance of strict school administration and calls for the cultivation of students' self-discipline. Then, according to the present situation of our institute, it points out the importance of strengthen, the administration group and letting different departments work together for the only purpose of cultivation of students. At last, it puts forward several proposals about school administration and the improvement of students' self-discipline in everyday work on the basis of unification of administration and education.
