摘要
本文通过对中国私营企业管理激励进行研究 ,针对私营企业当前存在的激励机制不完善、劳资关系紧张、家族管理普遍、缺乏凝聚力等问题 ,提出相应对策 :完善激励机制、破除家族管理。
The paper discusses current situation of China's private enterprises in management motivation,reveals exhisting problems and puts forward countermeasures,such as perfecting motivation mechanism,breaking up family management,building up corporate culture and so on.
