Cultural Difference and Foreign Language Teaching

长期以来，我国外语界一直十分重视对英语语言本身的研究，而对外语教学中涉及的文化因素及 其影响重视不够，因而不利于对学生跨文化交际能力的培养。本文从文化差异的角度出发，针对 我国英语学习者遇到的交流障碍进行归纳总结，指出了文化因素对外语教学及跨文化交际的影 响作用。

More attention has been paid to the study of English language itself. How to improve effectively the students' ability in cross-culture exchange still remains a problem. By citing some practical examples, the paper points out the cultural influences towards foreign language teaching and Cross -culture communication, and some proposals are presented.
