摘要
素质教育是新时期教育发展的主流方向 ,高等教育的人才培养目标是实现人的知识、能力、素质的高度和谐与完美统一。推进素质教育必须端正教育思想 ,加强师德建设 ,改进教学管理 ,着实提高育人质量。
Quality-Oriented education is the major direction for educational development of the new era.The aim of higher education is to realize the perfect unification of knowledge ,ability and quality. Therefore ,if becomes essential to have a correct educational ideology, strengthen moral building for teachers and improve teaching management.
