Nursing Care of Total Laryngectomy Patients

目的介绍喉全切除术患者的护理办法,包括专科护理及心理护理。方法通过总结我院从1996年至2000年间每年230例至250例喉全切除术患者的临床护理心得和体会。提出适合于喉全切除术患者护理方法和措施。结果 因重视身心护理,获得了较好效果,患者均康复出院。结论 喉全切除患者除了要做好专科护理外,还要充分重视心理护理的技术和方法,健康教育及加强社会支持和家庭支持对患者康复也非常重要。

Objective Introducing the nursing care of Total Laryngectomy (TL) which includes specialized nursing care and psychosocial care. Method Summarizing the experience of nursing care of 230 to 250 TL patients each year from 1996 to 2000. Results Through the holistic nursing including physical and psychological nursing care, almost all TL patients got good rehabilitation. Conclusion To TL patients, not only should we emphasize the specialized nursing care, but also the importance of how to do psychological nursing care. Furthermore, health education and social support are also very important to improve TL patient's rehabilitation.
