短时血滤治疗重症急性胰腺炎的观察和护理

Observation and Nursing Care of Severe Acute Pancreatitis Patients Treated with Short Time Veno-venous Hemofiltration

目的 报告短时静-静脉血滤(SVVH)治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的观察和护理体会。方法 根据短时血滤治疗的特点,提出了血滤前准备、血滤中和血滤后的观察和护理。结果 36例患者中32例通过治疗和护理明显改善了器官功能。结论 随着短时血滤治疗重症急性胰腺炎的逐步应用,对于相关的护理提出了较高要求,做好治疗前、中、后的护理将提高其治疗效果。

Objective To report the obsevation and nursing experience of the use of short time veno-venous hemofiltration in the treatment of 36 cases of severe acute pancreatitis. Method According to the therapeutic characteristics of the short time veno-venous hemofiltration, we suggested prepartion before treatment, observation and nursing care during and after treatment. Results Organ functions of 32 patients have improved by the therapy and it's related nursing care. Conclusion With the gradual propagation of the use of short time veno-venous hemofiltration, it's related nursing care must be developed. Appropriate and correct in the whole process of treatment would improve the therapeutic effect.
