摘要
本文对烘丝生产工序工艺技术参数进行了大量试验和改进 ,找出了解决烟丝脆性和柔韧性差的工艺处理新方法。试验结果表明 ,在烘丝过程中适宜的工艺技术参数不仅能改善烟丝的物理特性和转换率 ,而且利于减少烟支重量和降低消耗。
To resolve the friability and flexibility of the cut tobacco, a number of technical parameters were tested in the cut tobacco drying. The experimental results showed that the optimum technical parameter in the cut tobacco drying not only improved the physical character and change rate of the cut tobacco, but also reduced the cigarette and cut tobacco waste.=
