摘要 通过对 3种不同类型 4种牌号卷烟 (烤烟型、中焦油混合型、新混合型、低焦油混合型 )和不同等级烤烟型卷烟 (A类、B类、C类 )焦油致突变性的研究表明 :(1) 3种不同等级烤烟型卷烟经回归分析 ,焦油加入量 /皿与突变菌落数 /皿之间存在线性关系 ,随着焦油加入量的增加 ,其致突变性增强。但对 A类、B类、C类 3种不同等级烤烟型卷烟来说 ,在焦油剂量相同 (5 0 0 μg/皿 )的前提下 ,其致突变性差异不显著。 (2 )不同类型卷烟焦油与回复突变菌落数之间存在线性关系 ,其焦油的致突变性强弱依次为 :烤烟型≥中焦油混合型 >新混合型 >低焦油混合型。 (3)不同类型卷烟焦油致突变性两两差异比较表现不一致 ,其中烤烟型、中焦油混合型两种牌号卷烟焦油的致突变性差异不显著 ,其余两两之间差异均达显著 (极显著 )水平。 The mutagenicity effect of tar collected from different types of cigarettes was studied. These cigarettes includ virginia type, full flavor American blended, light American blended and newly developed American blended cigarettes. Results show that there exists differences as far as the effect of mutagenicity is concerned. Further investigation is needed to further quantify.=
