不同植物激素处理方法对烤烟内烟碱含量的影响 被引量:80

Effects of application of plant regulators on nicotine concentration in tobacco

摘要 本试验研究了喷施 IAA、 GA3、 ABA、 6-BA对烤烟体内烟碱含量及烟草内源激素含量的影响。结果表明,不同处理的烟碱含量不同,外源喷施IAA和GA3可以降低烟叶中的烟碱含量,而AM和6-BA可以增加烟碱的含量、在打顶和不打顶的烟株中,各激素含量均为叶中大于根中,且IAA>ABAM6-BA>GA3。打顶以后烟碱含量迅速增加,IAA和GA3含量增加,ABA和6-BA含量下降。 Effects of applying plant regulatiors on nicotion concentration in tobacco with topping and no-topping were investigated Results showed that nicotine and endogenesis regulators vary in tobacco when treated differently. Nicotine concentration is increased rapidly after topping. IAA and GA3 concentrations decreased, but ABA and 6-BA concentrations increased' IAA and ABA varied greatly which suggested that endogenesis regulators play a role in hormoning'nicotine concentration in tobacco.
