不同香料烟品种和品系对烟草黑胫病菌的抗病性研究

以浙江绍兴地区 15个香料烟品种和品系对烟草黑胫病菌进行抗病性鉴定 ,采用游动孢子液灌根接种、茎注射接种和茎伤口菌丝块接种。结果表明 ,供试的 5个亲本和 10个杂交后代中 ,亲本品种沙姆逊、Toy、Argjiro和巴斯马高度感病 ,杂交后代中 Toy×沙姆逊和泰国沙姆逊×巴斯马也较易感病 ,而沙姆逊× Toy、ms沙姆逊×沙姆逊和巴斯马×沙姆逊 3个品系却高度抗病。采用的 3种接种方法中 。
