本文对我国烟草行业应用信息系统建设现状进行了分析 ,从总体技术框架 ,应用支撑平台、应用信息系统及实施策略等几个方面对烟草行业的应用信息系统技术框架提出了一些思想与方法 ,并在实践中得到了应用。
