充分利用山区丰富的草地和土地资源 ,结合退耕还草工程 ,引导群众种草养畜 ,放牧与暖棚舍饲相结合 ,使畜牧业生产与生态环境保护同步 ,实现生态和经济良性循环 。
Rationally exploiting the local resources of pasture and lands, converting the low yield crop lands into pasture, combining grazing with pad feeding, all these measures could keep the livestock production developing well protecting the eco-environment.
