《共产党宣言》是指导全世界无产阶级革命和建设的全部实践运动 ,谋求社会主义和共产主义在全世界胜利的伟大宣言。《宣言》指导中国共产党人必须以努力完成社会主义现代化建设为己任 ,“尽可能快地增加生产力的总量” ,积极建设社会主义的民主政治和精神文明 ,把一个富强、民主、文明的社会主义现代化中国推向世界。

Communist Manifesto” is a momentous manifesto to direct the practice of the proletariat revolution all over the world, and to strive for the victory of the communist and socialist in the world. “Communist Manifesto”directs the partisans of the CPC to regard as their own duty to do their utmost to accomplish the modernization of the socialist country, in order that “the total quantity of productive forces is increased as fast as possible”, in order that the socialist democracy politics are developed further, in order that the cultural and ideologrcal progress are made, and in order that China becomes a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized, socialist country in the world.
