“得民心者得天下” ,“三个代表”是时代的产物 ,历史的必然 ,是现阶段基本路线的总结和概括。它是在实践基础之上伟大理论的创新。落实“三个代表” ,教育是关键 ,要把解放思想、实事求是、探索创新。

The ideas, 'Whoever gains the support of people will definitedy gain the whole world', 'Three Representatives' are the product of the era, the inevitable result of history and the summary of the basic route of the present stage. To implement 'Three Representations' in our practical life, education is the key. We should be open-minded to new ideas, respectful to facts, creative and flexible in the whole process of educating our cadres.
