摘要
20 0 1年 12月中国正式加入世贸 ,给我国西部开发带来了一定的影响 ,其中有机遇 ,也有挑战。那么 ,如何趋利避害 ,以达到加快西部开发。
China Joined in WTO successfully in December of Year 2001, which has brought about certain impact on the developing the west, including both opportunities and challeges. Then, how to obtain the benefits and avoid the disadvantages so that the developing the west can be advanced faster and the prosperity of the west can be achieved.
