摘要
本文论述了现代社会公民应具备的素质及素质培养的途径。认为要成为一个具有高附加值的现代人 ,就必须善于学习、自我更新、勇于实践、努力成为社会进步的积极参与者和实践者。
This essay explores the qualities necessary for being a qualified citizen in contemporary society and the ways of developing them. According to the author, one must be an intelligent learner, an active paticipant welcome changes and eager to promote the social development.
