摘要
网络教育是教育的新领域 ,综观国内外网络教育技术 ,网络教育教学资源建设 ,信息化社会中小学教师培训研究现状 ,了解网络教育目前存在的问题和发展趋势 ,有利于我国网络教育资源的优化配置 。
Web education is a new field. It is useful for the appropriate disposition of web educational resources in China to review the technical development in web education both outside and inside China, to investigate the construction of web educational resources, to explore the present condition in the training of web educators in primary and secondary school, and to have a comprehensive knowledge of the present problems and developing tendency in web education.
