摘要
教师教育观念的更新 ,学生学习方式的转变和学校教学管理制度的重建是新课程对教师的挑战。教师必须转变和树立新的教育理念 。
New courses bring challenges to teachers whise embodied in three aspects: renewal of the teacher's awareness about education; transforming the student learning form; rebuilding the system of teaching and studying. The teacher should trarsform and cultivate consciousness of the new courses sense towards education, and give great empkasis to the educational reform.
