中学历史新课程改革的关键在教师 ,为了准确了解目前中学历史教师队伍的基本状况 ,本文结合西安地区部分历史教师调查 ,分析了目前历史教师的基本情况、存在的问题及如何提高历史教师队伍的整体素质等问题 ,为中学历史教师队伍建设提供一定的参考。

The key to the reform of history new course is teachers. In order to understand exactly about the basic situation of present secondary school history teachers, the paper combines some history teachers investigation in Xi′an area. It analyze present history teachers' basic condition, existing problems, and how to improve their whole quality, etc. It provides certain reference for the construction of secondary school history teachers.
