摘要
目的 为了解鼠疫布氏杆菌病洁净实验室空气净化程度,给今后该类型生物实验室的卫生评价提供基础资料。方法 按《医药工业洁净室(区)悬浮粒子、浮游菌、沉降菌的测试方法》进行检测,并结合生物洁净室的技术原理、检测方法、测定结果选择与基本问题有关的内容进行分析。结果 参照《医药工业洁净室(区)悬浮粒子、浮游菌、沉降菌的测试方法》中的分级评价,尘埃粒子数、空气微生物颗粒数达到原设计级别要求;微小气候测定结果依据《空气净化技术措施》的规定,相对湿度稍微偏高;噪声、照度检测结果符合《洁净厂房设计规范》;紫外线强度符合《消毒与无菌效果的评价方法与标准》对紫外线辐射强度的规定;通风参数中,各实验室之间维持一定梯度的负压,其负压值均超过生物安全Ⅲ级标准的要求。结论 该生物实验室采用洁净厂房的卫生规范进行设计、施工,其效果符合生物实验室的要求,可作为生物实验室使用。
Object To understand the atomospheric cleanness in the bio-clean laboratory for plague and brucellosis control, provide basic data for hygienic evaluation on these kind of laboratories. Method The determination was conducted according to 《The testing method for air-borne dusts, floating fine bacteria and sedimentary bacteria in the pharmaceutic industry cleanroom (zone)》. Combining the technological principle, testing method and testing results in biological cleanroom, the content related to above fundamental subject was selected for the further analysis. Result Based on the grading evaluation in 《The testing method for air-born dusts, floating fine bacteria and sedimentary bacteria in the pharmaceutic industry cleanroom (zone)》, the number of air-borne dusts and the number of air-borne bacteria reached the original design stipulation. The determination on micro-atomosphere was refered to 《The technological measures for cleaning atomosphere》, and the result revealled that the relative humidity was slightly higher than the described one. The noise and illumination reached the stipulation in 《Standard in clean-workshop design》. Ultraviolet radiation intensity accorded with the one described in 《The evaluating method and standard for disinfection and aseptic effect》. Among the aeration parameters, the gradiently negative pressure was maintained in joined each two laboratories, the values of negative pressure were all excessed the standard of bio-safety grade Ⅲ. Conclusion This laboratory was designed and constructed according to the hygienic standard for clean-workroom, and its effectiveness reached the the stipulation to use it as a biological laboratory.
