心血管X综合征16例临床分析

Clinical analysis of cardiac syndrome X 16 cases

目的 分析心血管X综合征的临床特征,探讨其发病机理。方法 经冠状动脉造影确诊的心血管X综合征16例,汇总其临床症状、无创检查结果、治疗效果、合并症等。结果 除冠状动脉造影正常外,心血管X综合征的临床表现、心电图、运动试验、胸痛缓解方式、治疗措施、易患因素等均与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)极为相同。结论 心血管X综合征可能是冠心病的早期阶段或不同发展阶段,其发病机理可能是同一病理变化在冠状动脉主要分支和微血管不同部位的表现。从指导临床诊治角度考虑,将心血管X综合征作为冠心病的一个新的病理分型更为实用。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristic and the pathogenesis of cardiac syndrome X(X -syn) . Methods X- syn's clinical feature, examined results, treated effect and complication were collected from 16 cases of X - syn which were diagnosed by coronary arteriography. Results Except coronary arteriography was normal, it was extremely same that there were X- syn's clinical features,ECG,exercise test, lenitive methods,treated measure and suffer from factors compared with coronary artery disease ( CAD) . Conclusion X - syn may be early phases of CAD.X- syn's pathogenesis may be that there is alike pathology change as different representation in the coronary larger ramification and microvascular. In order to direct clinical diagnoses and treatment,it is more useful that X - syn is looked as a new pathology types of CAD.
